Donate yearlyCervical cancer is the most common cancer in women and takes place in a woman’s cervix, hence the name cervical cancer. Any woman who is s3xually active is at risk of having it. When detected in its early age it can be cured and thus the need to know its sign and also have a regular Pap smear .
The risk is high in overweight women, women with multiple S3xual partners, women using contraceptives and women who get pregnant at an early age. There is need to pay attention to the signs below as it’s usually difficult to detect cervical cancer at the early age which could make it difficult to be cured when detected lately.
SIGNS OF CERVICAL CANCER
1.Having or feeling an abnormal pain during intercourse, this might be a sign that you have cervical cancer which has spread through your organs.
2.Do you bleed heavily during your period? or after S3xual intercourse or in between your monthly circle? This might just be a sign of cervical cancer.
3.Do you have vaginal discharge which causes itching and perhaps even smelly? and do you feel pain while passing urine? you need to go to the hospital and get thoroughly checked.
As a lady/woman you need to take your hygiene seriously and be very careful when using public toilet. Also make it a habit to have regular Pap smear as early detection can still be cured.
