The news of increase in Data Traffic by mobile telecommunication companies as instructed by NCC has met grieviance,anger and disappointment from Nigerians. Initially a text message was sent out by the telecommunication companies which I also received which states “Dear customer, please be informed that from 1st Dec, some MTN data tariffs will be increased to reflect the new rates set by the NCC to operators. Thank you.”
Thankfully it seems the senate has suspended the increase for now,well see how Nigerians are reacting to the news of the suspension of the Increase in data tariff on social media;
