“Health is wealth” but with so much stress every where and the struggle to make ends meet it seems people are paying more attention to wealth than health. Most people are not paying attention to their health most especially the Heart. The heart is like the engine that keeps the body going, you know what happens to a car when it’s engine gets bad?
