She’s still the queen
With or without makeup she is winning. Being beautiful isnt by makeup.
But it looks though as if she has eye pencil on her brow and a light lipstick on. This looks more to me like Cardi b went on a light makeup but not heavy makeup. Anyways, she still looks good though.
