A Banner With “Refugees Welcome” Was Hung Across The Statue Of Liberty

A White and Red banner with the words “Refugees are welcome” was hung across the statue of  Liberty on Tuesday and before the National Park Service rangers could remove it ,the image has spread like wildfire on social media, see the image below;
