What an amazing night for John Lewis as his book “March” Won him the National Book Award for Young people’s literature. He was so emotional while giving his speech about winning, he talked about how he was denied the library card as a child because he was black in segregated Alabama. Wow! What a touching story. John Lewis didn’t let his childhood denial put off the fire in him for books. Never stop dreaming! Nothing but you,I mean you alone can hold yourself back from achieving your dreams no matter the obstacle.
