Demonetization Hits India Hard

Demonetization hits India hard

On Tuesday  the Prime Minister Narendra Modi had demonetised old notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 as he said this will help curb black money, corruption, terror financing and weed out fake currency in the country. This have left people worried and disturbed as getting lower denominations ain’t easy, this has brought about long queues at the bank and left students youth at help desk in Kolkata.

People are really troubled at the new demonetization law as sourcing for lower denomination hasn’t been easy, there is also a report of a couple that lost their newborn as the doctor refused to treat the newborn except they paid in lower denomination and before they could get the lower denomination the baby died ,what a tragic experience! This is a hard time India but let see how it goes, perhaps it might get better with time.
