There are factors that contributes to a child bedwetting which you as a parent must ensure you stop in order for the bedwetting to stop. First, you should understand that the time your kid eats dinner also matters. Eating late at night shortly before bedtime causes kids to bedwet. So if you don’t want your kid to bedwet then ensure that your kid has his or her dinner at least 3-5 hours before bedtime.
Secondly, taking lots of water before bedtime also contributes to bedwetting. Yes water is good for the body but consuming a lot before bedtime can lead to bedwetting. So to avoid your child bedwetting reduce the amount of water consumed prior to bedtime.
If you’ve tried all this and still your child bedwet then you might have to use the wakeup method. This means waking your child up once or twice in the night to use the bathroom. This method really works but the problem is that it’s very difficult because it means that you the parent will keep interrupting your sleep to wake your child up which might later affect your health. So what else can you do?
All hope is not lost as I will introduce you to a natural remedy which is simple and easy to use which would stop your child from bedwetting. For this natural remedy all you need is a bottle of original honey, please do not use the adulterated honey or sugarcane honey otherwise it would not work.
When you get the original honey, give your child 1 tablespoon of honey in the morning and before bedtime daily and your child will stop bedwetting.
