Wife Sues Her Husband For Refusing To Have S3x With Her

Wonders they say will never end, I don’t understand why a man would refuse to render his marriage due except by mutual agreement with his wife. Hehehe! the wife could not take it any longer and so  decided to sue the husband . What do you think? Was that the proper thing for the wife to do in this situation ? Anyway read the full gist here:

A woman in the United Arab Emirates has filed a lawsuit against her husband for refusing to have s3x with her.
According to court documents, the couple who have been married for four years started having troubles after the husband invited his brother into their home to live with them.
The wife alleged that since her in-law started living with them, her husband does not provide for the family and she has been paying all expenses.The unidentified woman however told the court that she does not want a divorce, but asked the Dubai Sharia Court, to force her husband to pay outstanding household expenses, support her with $1360 monthly and have s3x with her.
She also asked the court to order the husband’s brother out of the home.
The couple have four children together, two girls and two boys.

Personally i think couples must learn to take their marriage vows seriously and be commited to their marriage by not depriving their partners of their marital rights and also fulfilling their marital obligations.
