According to her post, she said she stays positive by listing three things she grateful for immediately she wakes up in the morning and listing three good things that happened that day before she goes to bed and she ensures she changes her list each day. She explains that by doing that – listing things she’s grateful for it helps her stay positive and that you too can do the same by listing at least three things you are grateful for each day when you wake up in the morning and before going to bed.

The truth is regardless of how tough this period is ,if you look within you’ll definitely see that there is something to be grateful for. What of your life- that is worth being thankful for. What of your health? At least you need to be thankful that you ain’t a victim of the virus. What of the quality time you spend with your family- isn’t that worth being thankful for?


Don’t dwell only on the negativity of this period otherwise it will drain you emotionally and make you feel empty and depressed. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel and very soon we shall overcome!
