As the year comes to an end today December 31st 2015, most people are already coming up with their new year resolution. What’s your New year resolution? Is it achievable ? Or is it one of those resolutions you make every other year and two weeks into the new year you discard it like an old piece of cloth?
The truth is you can never change overnight ,and this means that whatever resolution you make today December 31st will take consistency, effort and focus for you to achieve it. When you weigh the benefits of your resolution and it far out weights the consequences of not keeping it, that would better drive you to achieve it. As couple, what is your new year resolution ? It’s better you have a heart to heart discussion with your spouse and find out areas where you need to improve because most times you may not know you need to improve in a particular area until you speak to your spouse and this is pointed out to you. Haven discussed with your spouse , your new year resolution should be on improving in these areas , you will need to put in effort, be more focused in improving and being a better spouse. Making this resolution and working towards will in turn make you a better spouse, bring peace and harmony to your home ,in order words it will help you build a successful family life in 2016.
